All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original packaging.

How do I return an order?

  1. Please keep the product intact and unused. After the parcel is sent, please email us the tracking number of the returned parcel.
  1. We will check your package after receiving the goods. After the confirmation, we will contact you and ask you to confirm the refund. The refund will be returned to the account you used to make the payment. We recommend that you use your PayPal account to pay so that you will receive it immediately when we send you a refund. If you pay with a credit or debit card, the refund will arrive in about 7 days. The specific time depends on the processing speed of your credit card company.

How do I exchange an order?

  1. After we receive your returned package, we will resend the items you want to replace.

About return shipping

  1. For returns caused by consumers (you), the freight will be borne by consumers(you). The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.
  1. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, you(customers) do not need to bear the resulting shipping costs.
  1. For an exchange order, the shipping cost of the returned package shall be borne by the consumers(you), and the shipping cost of re-sending the package shall be borne by tupehair.com.

How to cancel an order?

Please contact us within 24h after placing the order. Please understand that after 24 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled or changed. For canceled orders, we will charge 5% of the order amount as a handling fee. Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.

After the order has been shipped and if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tupehair.com for the Return Info.
